DRUM KILLAH
Recorded over the last few years in various guerilla locations, DRUM KILLAH by Blake Fleming is an anthemic drum and percussion based album. Working with various drum treatments, tuning and gain stages, using only two microphones, an m-box, various drums and percussion and an old Fostex 4-track, DRUM KILLAH proves it’s not what you got but what you do with what you have. This record was recorded, mixed and mastered using a pair of Grado SR 60 headphones and a pair of Monoprice DJ headphones. Blake plays all drums, percussion, gongs, cymbals, Farfisa and synth. For Roscoe. MUSIC FOR THE PEOPLE.
